For 55 years and counting, La Grenouille lives on, with its exuberant and magical floral displays and centerpieces created by Philippe Masson, who maintains the quality of the timeless and classic dishes created by his father, Chef Extraordinaire Charles Masson. Like his father, Philippe learned at a very young age the fine dining techniques and increased his culinary skills at Le Notre, Fauchon and The Plaza Athenee. The tradition continues, honoring his father Charles and Mother Gisèle, who are La Grenouille.
